Retail Systems Research is a research company run by retailers who work to gain insight on the business and technology challenges retailers face. This RSR report discusses their study of 80 retailers and their website performance. They highlight how online retailers want to build a rich online experience for users which leads to slow site performance. They ranked these retailers based on their site performance score across desktop and mobile platforms and then evaluated the quality of their shopper experience.
