Report: 2018 RSR eCommerce Website Performance

Retail Systems Research is a research company run by retailers who work to gain insight on the business and technology challenges that retailers face. This RSR report is titled: The Stakes Are Increasing, But Are Retailers Falling Behind? The second annual report on eCommerce website performance evaluates 79 retailers whose rank fell between numbers 50 and 150 on the Internet Retailer Top 500 list. These retailers were evaluated across different criteria such as site speed and 3rd parties. This report was created to analyze if there were any improvements from retailers since the last RSR report in 2017.
